What can I eat on the raw food diet ?

This question is a question we have been asked so many times, especially from people who want to start with the raw food diet.

So what is it?

To have one bottom line:

The raw food diet consists out of raw vegan natural food not processed with heat over 42 degree.

At this temperature the enzymes will die and decrease the nutrition a lot. So if you like dried fruits, and raw gourmet dishes, be really aware that you do not buy products that have been dried over this magical life border, or you do not know exactly how they have been treatened.

Most products you do not know exactly how they have been processed, have been treated badly.

point is:

Eat organic and local grown!
You do not want pestizides, hormones and other chemicals in your body, and therefore : Eat organic.
Be eating local, you will support your local farmers, avoid pollution, because your products did not fly with an airplane all around the globe,and on top of that, you will get in touch with the energy of the land you live on. This will harmonize your vibrational level.

Third point:

To name it: Fruit veggies, seeds, sprouts, nuts and wild edibles. You can combine these aspects, andd create all sorts of delicious dishes with these magnificent components.

One word about fruits: Try to get OLD fruits like Durian, Jackfruit, Coconut,..
These Old fruits are packed with old information and loaded with vitamins, minerals and good sun-packed energy from a tropical environement!
Most "normal" fruits are hybrid and trained to be high in sugar and without seeds, so that some of them couldn�t even survive in natute without man. (Like the seedless watermelons)
These fruits have lost lots of their original nutrition, and are of far less value compared to a fabulous DURIAN wich has been around here for millions of years!!

Fourth point:

The human body needs 3 things:

1. Fruit sugar
2. Fat
3. Minerals


Fruit sugar you will get of course out of fruits ( again try to get OLD fruits).

Fat you will get from food like coconut, avocado, olives, again fatty fruits like durian and nuts

Minerals are high concentrated in Green leave vegetables. The highest consistance is found in WILD EDIBLES all around the globe.

Try to balance these 3 components. NOTE: Make sure you eat enough GREEN! Most rawfoodies do not do this!
