Today I want to share my thoughts about relaxation with you. Nowdays it has almost a negative touch about it, in our busy world. But in order to reach shining health, we have to find the right balance between, tension (work, sport, other activities) and good relaxation.
What is good realxation?
Certanly there are better ways, than sitting in front of your TV or computer, or just eating for relaxation
I belive it is most efficient going outside in nature. Find trees, go to forests or lakes and just be with them, listen to them. Take your time being with yourself. You have earned it, and you deserve some time just doing nothing and being selfish on your on. This is an investment in yourself, your health.
By being selfish in this sense, others around you will definetivly benefit from you! Because you will be more patient, open and happy around your loved ones!
So go out, enjoy yourself and
make it the best day of your life!!
